Wolcott Estates

Located in Wolcott New York, Wolcott Estates is a 30 unit facility for elderly over age 62 and handicap disabled over 18 years of age. The apartments are all one bedroom units. Rents are based upon your annual income and funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. There are specialized handicap units available. Wolcott Estates provides Section 8 Rental Assistance for all units. Tenant rent is based on 30% of their adjusted gross income. Wolcott Estates has an elevator, laundry facilities, a large community room and large yard. Monthly activities are planned for all tenants who reside at the facility.
