C.A.S.H. Inc counsels persons who want to apply for mortgages through a variety of sources. We also act as a general contractor in certain circumstances. At times, the agency has grant monies to match mortgage amounts to insure that lower income persons can manage to secure a home of their own. We encourage you to call or e-mail our Housing Coordinator to make an appointment to discuss your particular needs and advise you on options and procedures. An application process is required.

Eligibility Requirements

The application process for services requires that a person/family fall within certain income guidelines Any landlord who is interested in renting to an eligible Section 8 applicant should call our office or e-mail our Section 8 Administrator. We would be happy to send you a packet outlining landlord participation in Section 8.
